George Xenofos

George Xenofos is senior executive member of EPSILON NET Fintech committee. He is also the founder and CEO of PCS, a subsidiary of EPSILON NET Group of Companies in the field of information systems for investment banking. He has more than 30 years of IT experience in the fields of Investment Banking and Fund Management. With full top and bottom line accountability for product creation, worldwide expansion, software development processes, and customer satisfaction, he oversees operations and strategic direction. To attain peak performance, he constantly modifies the organizational structure and sets up internal processes. He continually supports the adoption of new technology within the company, and he gradually implemented best HR practices in achieving PCS to be one of Great Places to Work® in Europe. He graduated from the Department of Physics at the University of Athens and holds a Master’s Degree in “Information Technology Computer Systems Engineering” from the University of Edinburgh in the UK.
