Biography
Göksenin joined S&P Global’s Paris office in 2008 as a senior rating analyst in the CEEMEA Financial Institutions group. Currently, Göksenin has primary and backup responsibilities for financial institutions for the most part based in Greece, Morocco, and Israel. He is also co-chairing internal working group on corporate-like finance companies. Together with S&P Global, he has about 25 years’ experience with banks in the CIS, the MENA, and the CEE.
Before joining S&P Global, Göksenin was heading Amsterdam-based Garantibank International N.V.’s financial institutions and sovereign credits team, where he spent 7 years.
Göksenin has a BS degree in engineering from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara. He is a FRM (Global Association of Risk Professional’s- Financial Risk Manager) charter holder.
